Cleuton W. Gomes, 29yoa, of Salisbury was arrested for Assault 2nd Degree, Disorderly Conduct, Contributing Delinquency to a Minor, Resisting Arrest, and Fail to Obey a Lawful Order.  Officers responded to the WaWa Convenience Store located at South Salisbury Boulevard for an unknown problem.  On arrival officers met with Gomes who attempted to report a theft of his wallet.  Officers determined that Gomes was under the influence of alcohol.  It was also learned that Gomes was traveling with his 4-year-old daughter in a vehicle.  When the mother of the 4 year old arrived, Gomes began to get into a verbal argument with the mother.  Officers interceded by trying to escort Gomes away.  Gomes then pushed an officer and refused to obey orders.  Gomes was taken into custody and released to Central Booking.

 Robert Russell Davis, 45yoa, of Salisbury was arrested for Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Officers responded to the Thrift Travel Inn at 603 North Salisbury Boulevard after receiving information of drug activity in Room 210.  Officers made contact with Davis inside the room who agreed to a search.  During the search the officers located a quantity of cocaine and paraphernalia.  Davis was arrested and released to the custody of Central Booking.

Michael Lamont Gale, 51yoa, of Salisbury was arrested for Identity Fraud, False Statement, Obstruction, Hindering, Theft less than $100, and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.  Officers made contact with a subject who identified himself as David White during a traffic stop.  During the stop and interview of White it was determined that White was under the influence of alcohol.  White was subsequently arrested for the traffic offenses. During a search of White, several unlabeled prescription bottles containing unknown medication was recovered.  It was later discovered that White provided a false name and was identified as Michael Gale.  The owner of the vehicle that Gale was operating was contacted and it was learned that Gale did not have permission to use the vehicle.  Gale was released to the custody of Central Booking.
