On February 13, 2008 at approximately 3:12 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department received a call to respond to the Walmart Department Store on North Salisbury Boulevard for the report of two (2) shoplifters. Upon arrival, employees of the store advised Officers that the below listed suspects were observed taking merchandise from the store without making any attempts at making payment.

ARRESTED # 1: Fransico Gonzalez-Valerdi, 25 years of age

Fruitland, Maryland

CHARGES: Theft (under $100)

Theft scheme (under $ 100)

DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking

ARRESTED # 2: Andrea Rodriquez, 25 years of age

Fruitland, Maryland

CHARGES: Theft (under $ 100)

On February 14, 2008 at approximately 1:50 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department were on routine patrol in the area of Gordon Street when they observed the below listed suspect trespassing on posted property. The officers made contact with the suspect, and a consensual search of the suspect’s person revealed a bag of suspected marijuana.

ARRESTED: Billy Wayne Johnson, 52 years of age

Salisbury, Maryland

CHARGES: Trespassing on posted property

Possession of marijuana

Possession of CDS/paraphernalia

DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking
