On February 19, 2008 at approximately 9:45 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department
arrested the below listed suspect for his involvement in the burglary of the St. Francis De Sales School on January 26 of this year. Detectives of the Salisbury Police were able to identify the suspect while tracking the property stolen from the school. The investigation is continuing, and further arrests are anticipated.
ARRESTED: Bradley Aaron Hill, 23 years of age
CHARGES: Second degree burglary
Fourth degree burglary (2 counts)
Malicious destruction of property
Theft (over $ 500)
Theft (under $ 500)
Theft scheme (over $ 500)
DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking

On February 19, 2008 at approximately 2:00 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department were in the area of Manor Drive, after receiving complaints of a suspicious vehicle, and made contact with the below three (3) listed suspects who were occupying the vehicle. The officers, upon making contact, detected a strong odor of suspected marijuana emanating from the vehicle.
The vehicle was checked and a quantity of suspected marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia was recovered.
ARRESTED # 1: Joel Eleazar Leos, 19 years of age
ARRESTED #2: Matthew Cory Wood, 18 years of age
ARRESTED #3: Robert Demetrius Suggs, 18 years of age
ALL CHARGED WITH: Possession of marijuana
Possession of CDS/paraphernalia
DISPOSITIONS: All three (3) suspects were released to Central Booking
