On March 4, 2008 at approximately 2:55 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department

met with the below listed subject during a missing person investigation. During the course of the investigation, it was found that the subject was wanted in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania for violation of probation. The subject was placed under arrest as a fugitive from Pennsylvania.

ARRESTED: Melvin Eugene Mumma, 60 years of age

Duncannon, Pennsylvania

CHARGES: Fugitive from Pennsylvania-Violation of Probation

DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking

On March 4, 2008 at approximately 10:18 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department were on routine patrol when they encountered several subjects acting suspiciously on the 100 block of Second Street, in Salisbury. A routine records check was conducted and resulted in the arrest of the three (3) below listed subjects for four (4) outstanding arrest warrants.

ARRESTED #1: Shawn Randell Jones, 18 years of age

Salisbury, Maryland

CHARGES: Wicomico County District Court Bench Warrant

Failure to follow conditions of probation

DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking

ARRESTED #2: Jhamille David Bowman, 21 years of age

Salisbury, Maryland

CHARGES: Wicomico County Circuit Court Bench Warrant

Failure to appear – Show Cause hearing

DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking

ARRESTED #3: Lonnie Edward Montague, 45 years of age

Salisbury, Maryland

CHARGES: 1: Wicomico County Circuit Court Bench Warrant

Violation of Probation

2: Maryland Department of Corrections Parole Retake Warrant

DISPOSITION: Released to Maryland State Police
