      On March 10, 2008 at approximately 10:40 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department

responded to the Country Farm Store on Priscilla Street in reference to a report of a shoplifting.

Upon arrival the officers located the below listed suspect in the parking lot of the business, still in possession of the property stolen from the business. Employees of the business advised that the suspect removed a beer from the display cooler and exited from the business without making any attempt at paying for the item.  

 

ARRESTED:         Robert (NMN) Stewart, 53 years of age

                               Salisbury, Maryland

 

CHARGES:           Theft (under $ 500)      

 

DISPOSITION:  Released to Central Booking

     On March 10, 2008 at approximately 8:04 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department

received a call to respond to the Boscovs Department store at the Centre at Salisbury for the report of a shoplifting.  Upon arrival, the officers met with employees of the business who advised that employees had observed the below listed suspect remove clothing from the store and exit the store without making any attempts at paying for the items. The clothing items were recovered.

 

ARRESTED:        14 year old juvenile

                              Princess Anne, Maryland

 

CHARGES:            Theft (under $ 500)

                                                              

 

DISPOSITION:     Released to parent/guardian

     On March 10, 2008 at approximately 10:59 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department responded to the Giant Food Store for the report of a shoplifting. Upon arrival, the officers were able to locate the suspect in close proximity to the business, still in possession of the stolen property. Employees of the business advised the officers that employees had observed the suspect remove several food items from the store and exit the store without making any attempt at payment.  

 

ARRESTED:        Javan Alexander Cottman, 33 years of age

                             Princess Anne, Maryland

 

CHARGES:         Theft (under $ 500)

 

 

DISPOSITION:    Released to Central Booking
