On March 12, 2008 at approximately 5:44 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department

responded to the Wa Wa Store on South Salisbury Boulevard in reference to a report of a shoplifting. Upon arrival, the officers made contact with employees of the business who advised that the below listed suspect had removed food items from the display cooler and had attempted to exit from the business without making any attempt at paying for the items. Upon initial contact with the suspect, the suspect gave the responding officers a false name.

ARRESTED: 14 year old juvenile

On March 12, 2008 at approximately 8:47 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department

received a call to respond to the Walmart Department store for the report of a shoplifting. Upon arrival, the officers met with employees of the business who advised that employees had observed the below listed two (2) suspects remove cosmetics and health items from the store and exit the store without making any attempts at paying for the items. The stolen items were recovered.

ARRESTED # 1: 17 year old juvenile

ARRESTED #2: Lindsay Regina Widdowson, 18 years of age

Delmar, Maryland

CHARGES: Theft (under $ 500)

DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking
