On
April 7, 2008 at approximately 11:44 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police
Department received a call to respond to the Giant Food Store for the report of
a shoplifter. Upon arrival, the officer was advised that store employees had
observed the below listed suspect take property from the store and exit the
store without making any attempts at payment.
ARRESTED: 16 year old juvenile
CHARGES: Theft (under $100)
DISPOSITION:
Released to guardian

April 7, 2008 at approximately 5:11 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police
Department received a call to respond to the Walmart
Department Store for the report of a shoplifter. Upon arrival, the officer was
advised that store employees had observed the below suspect attempt to take
property from the store without making any attempts at making payment.
ARRESTED: John Wesley Haynes, 44 years of age
CHARGES: Theft (under $ 100)
DISPOSITION:
Released to Central Booking
