     On April 10, 2008 at approximately 1:16 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department received a call to respond to the Downtown Plaza in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers found a 2000 Hyundai passenger vehicle overturned and resting on its roof. The officer made contact with the operator, listed below, who emanated an odor of an alcoholic beverage from his person. The suspect failed field sobriety tests and was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. There were no injuries.

 

ARRESTED:     Randolph Larron McFadden, 22 years of age

                            Salisbury, Maryland

 

CHARGES:       Driving under the influence of alcohol

                            Driving while impaired

                            Motor vehicle charges related to the accident

 

DISPOSITION: Released upon signature for citations

     On April 10, 2008 at approximately 11:30 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department placed the below listed suspect under arrest pursuant to an investigation of an internal theft from the McDonalds Restaurant at the Centre at Salisbury. The investigation by Salisbury Detectives revealed that while employed at the restaurant from November, 2007 until February of 2008, the suspect falsified the financial records of the restaurant and took U.S. Currency.   

 

ARRESTED:       Floyd Wiley Stuck, 22 years of age

                              Salisbury, Maryland

 

CHARGES:         Theft scheme (over $ 500)

 

DISPOSITION:    Released to Central Booking

      On April 11, 2008 at approximately 1:50 a.m., Officers of the Salisbury Police Department were conducting a check in the area of the Bottle Factory on Roland Street when they observed a vehicle, operated by the below listed suspect, strike another vehicle intentionally. The officers met with the victim and found that the assault was the result of a verbal argument that had taken place earlier in the parking lot of the night club. There were no injuries.

 

ARRESTED:    Jonathan Perez Torres, 21 years of age

                            Salisbury, Maryland

 

CHARGES:      First degree assault

                           Second degree assault

                           Reckless endangerment

                           Disorderly conduct

 

DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking
