     On April 11, 2008 at approximately 5:53 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department received a call to respond to the one hundred block of W. Isabella Street for a possible burglary in progress.

As the officers responded, they were given a description of the suspect as reported by a witness. Upon arrival, the officers located the suspect, listed below, who was apprehended after a foot chase and positively identified as the suspect seen attempting to make entry into a residence on through a window.

 

ARRESTED:     Brendon Lee Fields, 19 years of age

                            Fruitland, Maryland

 

CHARGES:       Attempted Burglary

                            Malicious Destruction of Property

 

DISPOSITION:  Released to Central Booking

     On April 11, 2008 at approximately 3:46 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department Vice/Narcotics Unit arrested the below

listed suspects following the execution of a search and seizure warrant at a residence on the four hundred (400) block of Lake St.  Upon executing the search and seizure warrant, the officers located suspected crack/cocaine and CDS paraphernalia within the residence.

 

ARRESTED #1:     John Edward Collier, Jr., 52 years of age

                                 Salisbury, Maryland

 

CHARGES:           Possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute

                                Possession of cocaine

                                Possession of CDS/paraphernalia

 

ARRESTED #2:     Jennifer Ann Charbonneau, 27 years of age

                                 Salisbury, Maryland

 

CHARGES:           Possession of cocaine

 

DISPOSITION:    Both suspects released to central booking

     On April 12, 2008 at approximately 12:10 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department received a call to respond to the Monkey Barrel on South Salisbury Boulevard for the report of disorderly subjects. Upon arrival, the officers met with employees of the business who advised that the below listed suspects had been removed from the business for disorderly conduct and were continuing to cause problems. The officers met with suspect # 1, who refused to calm and leave the area. As the officers were meeting with suspect # 1, suspect # 2 also became more disorderly and refused to comply with the officers.

 

ARRESTED #1:     Billy Joe Tatum, 28 years of age

                                 Refused address

 

 

CHARGES:            Disorderly conduct

                                 Second degree assault

                                 Resisting arrest

 

ARRESTED #2:     Ben Christopher Tatum, 24 years of age

                                 Parsonsburg, Maryland

 

CHARGES:            Disorderly conduct

                                 Resisting arrest

                                 Second degree assault

                                 Failing to obey a lawful order

 

DISPOSITION:      Both suspects released to Central Booking
