     On April 16, 2008 at approximately 1:48 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department received a call to respond to the Giant Food Store in reference to a shoplifter. Upon arrival, employees of the business advised that the below listed subject had been apprehended as he attempted to take alcoholic beverage from the business without making any attempts at payment. After arrest, the suspect was also found to be wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant obtained by Salisbury detectives charging the suspect with check forgery and theft.

 

ARRESTED:     Richard Ray Mason, 49 years of age

                            Delmar, Maryland

     On April 16, 2008 at approximately 10:15 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police were on routine patrol in the area of E. Railroad Avenue and Anne St. when they observed the below listed suspect walking in the middle of the roadway.  The subject was stopped, and pursuant to a consensual search of his person was found to be in possession of a glass smoking device containing suspected crack/cocaine.   

 

ARRESTED #1:     Thomas (NMN) Tate, III, 52 years of age

                                  Salisbury, Maryland

 

CHARGES:             Possession of cocaine

                                  Possession of CDS/paraphernalia

                                  

DISPOSITION:     Released to Central Booking
