     On April 23, 2008 at approximately 12:52 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department were on routine patrol in the area of North Division St. and conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by the below listed suspect for traffic violations. During the traffic stop, the officers observed suspected crack/cocaine within the vehicle.

 

ARRESTED:      Brian DeCarlos Hall, 44 years of age

                             Salisbury, Maryland

 

CHARGES:        Possession of cocaine

                             Possession of CDS/Paraphernalia

 

DISPOSITION:  Released to Central Booking

     On April 23, 2008 at approximately 12:56 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department responded to a business on Northwood Drive in Salisbury for the report of a theft of a soda machine. Upon arrival, officers were advised by employees of the business that a Coca Cola brand vending machine had been taken. The officers were then advised that a member of the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Department had located a soda machine at the rear of a residence on Harford Road. The officers relocated and identified the found machine as the machine taken from Northwood Drive.

 

ARRESTED:       William James Mitchell, Jr, 41 years of age

                               Salisbury, Maryland

 

CHARGES:         Theft (over $ 500)

 

DISPOSITION:    Released to Central Booking

     On April 23, 2008 at approximately 6:15 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department received a call to respond to the Sears Store at the Centre at Salisbury for the report of a shoplifter. Upon arrival, the officers were advised by Sears employees that the below listed suspect had been observed taking clothing from the store without making any attempts at making payment for the clothing. The suspect attempted to take 136 items, with a value in excess of $ 2,500.00.

 

ARRESTED:      Kristen Jennifer Finch,  22 years of age

                             Salisbury, Maryland

 

CHARGES:        Theft (over $ 500)

 

DISPOSITION:  Released to Central Booking

           On April 24, 2008 at approximately 4:42 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Rite Aid Pharmacy on South Salisbury Boulevard for the report of a forged prescription. Upon arrival, the officers were advised that the below listed suspect had produced a prescription to the pharmacy that was found to be fraudulent. The suspect had attempted to forge a prescription for a narcotic pain medication.

 

ARRESTED:     Jennifer Lynn Parks, 22 years of age

                            Salisbury, Maryland

 

CHARGES:       Prescription Fraud

                            Theft (under $ 100)

 

DISPOSITION:  Released to Central Booking
